The Novoskrebelsky rural settlement is a municipality abolished on April 12, 2010 [1] in the Demyansk municipal district of the Novgorod region of Russia .

The administrative center is the village of New Skrebel .
The territory of the rural settlement is located in the southeast of the Novgorod region on the Valdai Upland in the southern part of the Valdai National Park , southeast of Demyansk . The territory of the municipality faces the eastern shore of Polnovsky reach of Lake Seliger .
Novoskrebelsky rural settlement was established in accordance with the law of the Novgorod region of November 11, 2005 No. 559-OZ .

13 settlements (villages) were located on the territory of the rural settlement [2] : Goslavl , Dolmatikha , Yekimkovo , Zapromno , Zimnitsa , Kovryaki , Kozino , Lykovo , Novosyol , Novy Skrebel , Pokrov , Priozernaya , Stary Skrebel .
Transport
On Seliger pier in Dolmatikha and New Skrabel. Roads from Polnovo to Novy Skrebel and Lykovo, as well as from Novy Skrebel to Goslavl, and from there drive south to Ekimkovo, which is near the administrative border with the Tver region , and north to Sukhoi Vetoshi and Dubrov .
