Biography
Born June 10, 1968 in the village. Krasnogorsk (the former village of Stara Barda) of the Krasnogorsk district of the Altai Territory.
In 1992, he graduated with honors from the history department of Altai State University.
In 1997 he defended his thesis on the topic: "The merchant family of Siberia in the second half of the XIX - early XX centuries. (based on materials from a computer database of merchant families of the Tomsk province). ”
In 2003, he defended a doctoral dissertation at Tomsk State University on the topic: “The City Family of Siberia in the Second Half of the XIX - Early XX Centuries.”
In 2000 he received the title of assistant professor, in 2005 - professors.
Since 2005, professor at the Department of Patriotic History of AltSU.
In 2005 and 2006, he completed an internship at the Institute for the History of the Max Planck Society (Göttingen, Germany).
In 2007 and 2008, he taught advanced training courses at Khovd University (Khovd, Mongolia).
In 2015, he trained at the Yad Vashem Museum (Jerusalem, Israel).
Member of 3 doctoral dissertation councils on historical sciences and art studies at AltSU and AI SB RAS.
Under the guidance of Yu. M. Goncharov, 11 candidate dissertations were prepared, and three times he was a scientific consultant for doctoral dissertations.
