Biography
He graduated from high school in 1980. Then he entered the Leningrad Polytechnic Institute , which he graduated with honors in 1986 with a degree in machinery and theology of metal forming and was sent to the city of Velikiye Luki for distribution to the high-voltage equipment plant, where he worked until 1994. In 1994, he was elected Director General of OJSC Velikoluksky Machine-Building Plant, now - LLC Velmash-Service. On June 9, 2009, by decision of the deputies of the Velikiye Luki City Duma, he was elected mayor of Velikiye Luki (the last mayor of Velikiye Luki. Further, the post was abolished).
