Criteria
Criteria for inclusion in the NASDAQ Biotechnology Index:
- The company must have a listing on the NASDAQ.
- The company should be either in the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry.
- The company should not be in the process of bankruptcy.
- Market cap of at least $ 200 million
- The average daily trading volume is 100 thousand shares.
- Company shares must be quoted on exchanges for at least 6 months
