STS-111 - MTKK Endeavor space flight under the Space Shuttle program (110th flight of the program), the purpose of which is to continue the assembly of the International Space Station . Endeavor launched on June 5, 2002 from the Kennedy Space Center in Florida . The main objective was the delivery to the International Space Station (ISS) of the 5th main expedition [3] , part of UF2 multipurpose supply module (MPLM) - Leonardo, a mobile service system MBS, scientific equipment and cargo [4] .
