Pindad SS1 (Senapan Serbu 1 - assault rifle 1) is an Indonesian assault rifle based on the FN FNC . Changes were made to the original design aimed at increasing the efficiency of using weapons in the tropics. In 2005, the modernized Pindad SS2 assault rifles began to enter service.
