Augsburg Botanical Garden ( German Botanischer Garten Augsburg ) is a municipal botanical garden located in the Bavarian city of Augsburg and covering an area of 10 square kilometers.

It includes a large Japanese garden , a medicinal plant garden, a rose garden and a crop garden. On its territory, more than 1,200 species of evergreen plants , wild herbs and ferns grow, the same amount of medicinal plants in the garden, about 280 varieties of roses and a plantation with a million onion plants. In addition, exotic plants are represented there, including various types of cacti , milkweed and succulents .
Location
The Botanical Garden is located east of the Seven Tables Park (Siebentischpark) in the Augsburg city forest. Dr.-Ziegenspeck-Weg separates the botanical garden from the zoo. Both gardens can be visited using public transport (bus number 32), as well as using personal vehicles, for which parking is provided.
The botanical garden is open throughout the year, and its area is about ten hectares.
