Biography
Born, died and buried in Rome. He took part in a discussion about the teachings of St. Hippolyta . According to legend, prayer destroyed idols. He converted a lot of people to Christianity . Memorial Day for Catholics is May 25 , for Orthodox Christians is February 25 ( February 12 according to the old style).
St. Urban is the patron saint of winegrowers and winemakers.
