The first final was held in 1996. If the same club won the championship and the Cup, then the match for the Super Bowl was not held. This happened 8 times (1995, 2002, 2004, 2008, 2010, 2011, 2014 and 2015).
Since 2016, if 1 club won the championship and the Cup, then he met with the vice-champion. The Super Bowl match takes place before the start of the A League Championship.
