Refers to flanking incorrect beginnings. Proposed in 1917 by a Spanish chess player from the city of Zaragoza X. Hunkosoy (hence the name). In Zaragoza in 1921 a thematic tournament was held, the participants of which were obliged to start the game with the move 1. c2-c3.
The Zaragoza beginning does not have independent significance, usually the game comes down to other openings. In modern chess practice almost never occurs.
