“The voice of the Thai people” ( Thai. สถานี เสียง ประชาชน Си ประเทศไทย , Xiang Kong Prachachon Thai ) is an underground radio program of the Communist Party of Thailand . Created after the ban on CBT in 1962. Between 1965 and 1980 . based in Yunnan ( PRC ) and used shortwave transmitters to cover the entire country. After the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and Thailand , broadcasting was stopped [1] , which was a serious blow to the Thai Communist movement [2] . The radio station has moved to Phayao province of Thailand . However, after a few months, government forces managed to destroy it.
