Currently, Tescan manufactures electron microscopes, conventionally divided into three series:
- a family of microscopes in which the electron source is a tungsten cathode with thermal emission
- high brightness Schottky cathode microscope family
- scanning electron microscopes with integrated ion column and gas injection system
Separately positioned specialized models:
- model with an integrated energy dispersive microanalysis system
- mobile microscope for direct use in production
