The Order of Labor Glory is the Order of the People’s Republic of Bulgaria , established on May 28, 1974 in three degrees. Awarded to workers and specialists of industry, construction and transport, workers and agricultural cooperatives for their dedicated long-term work in the team.

The authors of the project are L. Prakhov and P. Braikov. Order was made at the State Mint.
Description
The Order has the shape of a six-pointed star with a size of 33x40 mm. In the center - a red enamel medallion with an inscription on white enamel on the circumference “* NRB * WORK OF GLORY”. In the center - a five-pointed star of white enamel. Six rays emanate from the medallion in the form of wheat ears. The sign of the first degree was made of yellow metal, the second - of oxidized, the third - of white metal. The medallion is made of a yellow metal in the first and second degrees, of white - in the third degree.
The order was worn on the left side of the chest on a pentagonal block, covered with a blue ribbon with a national tricolor on the left.
