Atlant-M is a Belarusian company, the owner of a network of car dealerships and automotive technical centers. The full name of the management company is Atlant-M International Automobile Holding LLC , headquarters in Minsk [4] . As of 2017, the owners are co-founders Sergey Savitsky (65.67%) and Oleg Khusaenov (33.33%).

History

It was founded on September 10, 1991 . Places were purchased on the Russian Automobile Exchange, the company began to sell VAZ and MAZ cars. In 1994, a dealership agreement was signed with Volkswagen Corporation, which allows the sale of Volkswagen cars in Belarus, in 1998 a similar agreement was concluded for the territory of Russia. In 1999, the status of Volkswagen general importer in Belarus was obtained and a controlling stake in Volkswagen general importer in Ukraine (Interkar Ukraine company) was acquired.

Subsequently, the company became a dealer of Škoda , Saab , Chevrolet , Hummer , Opel , Ford and Kia brands in St. Petersburg, Moscow, Kharkov, Minsk, Kiev. In the same year [ when? ] A direct dealership contract was signed with Mazda in Belarus.

In 2006, the St. Petersburg company Multimotors (part of the Eurosib holding) was acquired - the official dealer of Cadillac , Chevrolet, Hummer , Opel, Saab in Russia.

Activities

As of 2017, the company owns more than 15 auto centers in eight cities of Russia, Ukraine and Belarus: Moscow , St. Petersburg , Orel , Smolensk , Minsk , Kiev , Dnepropetrovsk , Kharkov , the company sells 10 car brands, including Volkswagen , Škoda , Ford , Kia , Mazda , Nissan , Renault , Jaguar , Land Rover .
