On the second floor there is a video information booth telling visitors the story of Wallace and the Battle of Stirling Bridge . In addition, William Wallace’s sword and Mel Gibson’s costume from the movie Braveheart are exhibited there. After the release of the film, the number of visitors to the Wallace Monument tripled.
