Creation History

The wagon was created on the basis of previous tram models manufactured by Uraltransmash OJSC. In fact, it is a more in-depth modernization of the 71-405 wagon with a lowered floor in the middle of the body. The first car of this model was presented at the exhibition "Highway - 2009" in Nizhny Tagil on September 10, 2009 . Currently, the car is operated in nine cities of Russia.

Design Features

The car can be operated both singly and in CME from two cars. Coupling devices are unified with coupling devices of T3 cars. The area of ​​the low-floor part of the passenger compartment is 39%.

Modifications

In November 2014, the first tram entered the test in Volgograd . In December 2014, the second similar tram, but with manual control, entered St. Petersburg . In September 2015, the third tram entered the test in Yekaterinburg. During 2016, Yekaterinburg and Volgograd copies were returned to the plant. In October 2017, two trams arrived in Novocherkassk . In 2018, Kolomna bought the cars.
