ICA AG

ICA AG was established in 1909 through a merger:

• Hüttig AG (founded in 1862 in Dresden ),
• Kamerawerk dr Krügener ( Frankfurt ),
• Wünsche AG (Rake, Dresden),
• Zeiss-Palmos Camerabau ( Jena ).

The company office was located in Dresden. Guido Mengel of Hüttig AG and Dr. Hermann Krügener of Kamerawerk Dr. became the directors of the new company. Krügener. Later Kamerawerk Dr. Krügener has been closed. By the start of World War I, ICA AG became Europe's largest camera manufacturer.

In 1926, ICA AG joined Zeiss Ikon .

The company produced cameras, accessories, slide projectors and film projectors.

• Polyscop (stereo) - stereo camera . The frame size is 6x13 cm. Carl Zeiss Jena Tessar 90 mm f / 4.5 lens. Exposure up to 1/150.

Hüttig Cameras

• Atom (model 53U) - manufactured from 1909 to 1925. Horizontal plate folding camera format 4.5x6. Compound shutter with shutter speeds of 1, 1/2, 1/5, 1/10, 1/25, 1/50, 1/100 and 1/300. Exposure retardant - hydraulic, two-cylinder. Diamond viewfinder. Focusing - on frosted glass by moving the lens with the shutter using the lever drive. Tessar lens (4.5 / 65).
• Atom B - made since 1909. The size of the plates is 4.5x6 cm. Folding fur. Helios 90mm f / 8 lens. Exposure up to 1/100. Atom B had a Carl Zeiss Tessar 65mm f / 4.5 lens and exposure up to 1/300.
• Aviso is a store type camera. A type of box-type camera - the captured plates fell to the bottom of the camera. It has been produced since 1907 . The size of the plates is 4.5x6 cm. It was practically no different from the 1895 Gnom camera. Metal case. Store on 6 glass plates. Available in several versions. Aviso Nr.4 was produced until the mid-1920s.

• Stereolette - Stereo camera. Folding fur.

• Sirene 135, Sirene 105 - a large series of cameras. It was produced from 1914 to 1926 . Folding fur. Sirene 135 is the most common version. Wooden case. Extra-Rapid-Aplanat Helios 130 mm f / 8 lens. Sirene 105 was produced in versions with a frame size of 6 × 9 cm and 6.5 × 9 cm. Sirene 135 was produced in versions with a frame size of 9 × 12 cm. In 1929 Zeiss Ikon continued the release of Sirene 135 in three versions.

Zeiss-Palmos Cameras

• Minimum-Palmos, Stereo Minimum-Palmos - Foldable camera. It has been produced since 1904 . ICA produced cameras in versions with a frame size of 4.5 × 6 cm, 6.5 × 9 cm, 6 × 9 cm, 3¼ × 4¼ inches, 9 × 12 cm, 4 × 5 inches ; panoramic 13 × 18 cm and 9 × 18 cm; stereo cameras 9 × 12 cm and 9 × 18 cm. Established Zeiss Tessars f / 6.3 lens, focal lengths from 112 to 150 mm. Exposure is from 1/15 to 1/1000.
• Universal palmos

• Icarette - Foldable Camera. It has been produced since 1920 . After 1926, it was produced by Zeiss Ikon. Available in several versions with different frame sizes and different lenses. Icarette D model: 2½ × 4¼ inch frame size, Carl Zeiss Jena 105 mm f / 4.5 Tessar lenses , or Ica Dominar 105 mm f / 4.5 lenses .

Dr. Krügener

• Halloh - Foldable Camera. I could take pictures on a film with a frame size of 8x10.5 cm, or on photographic plates measuring 9x12 cm. Ica-Novar-Anastigmat 135 mm f / 6.8 lens.
