After graduating from the Kharkov Civil Engineering Institute ( 1949 ), he worked in the Stalingrad Region on the construction of the Serebryakovsky cement plant. He worked as the chief engineer of the Stalingradcementstroy department, then the head of the capital construction department of the Stalingrad State Economic Council, and the head of the capital construction of the city executive committee. In the years of preparation for the 100th anniversary of the birth of V.I.
