Geographical position
Pinosawa is located south of Belgrade . From the city you can clearly see Avala Mountain, which is located east of it.
History
Pinosawa has been known since the Middle Ages, but then it was known by the name of Kolari. The first time is mentioned in the inventory of 1572 . One popular legend says that Pinosawa got its name from the name of the feudal lord Pin of Savoy, who had an estate here in the 15th century .
