Biography
He started playing football in Sverdlovsk in the youth club Shakhtar , at the age of 12. The first trainer - N.V. Danchenko.
From 1997 to 2000, he played in the championship of Lugansk region for Shakhtar (Sverdlovsk) and Hellas (Lugansk). In July 2000, he played two matches for Dynamo (Stakhanov) in the AAFU Cup. In August 2000 he moved to Alchevsk " Steel ". In the beginning he played for Stal-2 in the Second League . The team debuted on August 26, 2000 in a match against Kharkiv Arsenal (3: 1). Personal life
Married, has a daughter Arina. Has a secondary technical education and incomplete higher education. In early October 2006, he had a car accident [5] . A KamAZ truck crashed into his Audi car; the airbag saved Alexander from damage. His car after a collision is beyond repair. Polovkov is a sponsor of the children's football tournament in Sverdlovsk [6] . The idea of the tournament was submitted by one of his first coaches, Vladimir Dmitrievich Ivanov. He is still involved in children's football.
