Biography
Radner Muratov was born on October 21, 1928 into a Tatar family in Leningrad . His Soviet name Radner comes from the abbreviation "rejoice in the new era " [1] . Relatives, relatives and friends called the actor Radik [2] . Father - Zinnat Muratov - a student of the Leningrad Polytechnic Institute , later the first secretary of the Tatar Regional Committee of the CPSU .
In his youth, Muratov was a candidate for master of sports in chess. In 1946 he graduated from the Kazan Air Force Special School .
In 1951 he graduated from the VGIK workshop of Mikhail Romm and Sergey Yutkevich .
He worked at the State Theater of the Film Actor from 1951 to 1988.
Known for the films Maxim Perepelitsa , Duel , Time Forward! ”,“ Golden Calf ”,“ Shield and Sword ”,“ 12 Chairs ”,“ Everyday Criminal Investigation ”,“ Missing Expedition ”,“ Golden River ”,“ Afonya ”,“ Eternal Call ”,“ It Can't Be! ". The most famous role of Radner Muratov was Vasily Alibabaevich from the famous film “ Gentlemen of Fortune ”. In the television training chess program, Yuri Averbakh performed under the name Murad Ferziev.
In 1986, Radner Muratov was awarded the title Honored Artist of the RSFSR .
Personal life
After graduating from VGIK Radner Muratov lived in a civil marriage for some time with Isolde Izvitskaya . However, then the rising star of domestic cinema was carried away by the actor Eduard Bredun and broke up with Muratov.
Muratov met, and then officially formalized his relationship with the actress of the Film Theater Elena Dovlatbekova . The couple had a son, Leonid, who continued his acting profession. But the family did not last long. A few years later, Elena and Radner divorced.
Radner Muratov was fond of the game at the races, because of which the marriage with his wife Elena broke up. I spent all my free time at the racetrack in the area of Begovaya Street. He lived in ascetic conditions. Of material wealth, I valued only books [3] .
The last years of life
In recent years, the actor lived in poverty, sleeping in his own apartment on the floor, on the newspapers. Suffered from Alzheimer's disease . Almost never acted in films, although he took part in meetings with spectators. However, he gradually forgot names and dates and even the simplest words, lost his orientation. According to his son, Leonid Radnerovich Muratov, sometimes an actor was suddenly found lost in the center of Moscow on the Arbat, and two months before his death he left the house and disappeared [4] . He was found on Preobrazhenskaya Square by police in a state of dementia [3] . Muratov died in a 68th Moscow hospital on December 10, 2004 from a stroke . He was buried at the Nikolo-Arkhangelsk cemetery .
