Biography

Ekaterina Murashova was born on February 22, 1962 in Leningrad , she graduated from the biological and psychological faculties of Leningrad State University .

Her first publication was the story "The Talisman" in the collection "Friendship" (1989).

Member of the Union of Writers of St. Petersburg. She was awarded two national prizes of Russia for children's literature “The cherished dream ” - for the novel “Class of correction” (2005) and “Guard of anxiety” (2007) [1] .

In 2010, she was included in the number of nominees [2] of the International Literary Prize in Memory of Astrid Lindgren .

Ekaterina Murashova is a practicing child psychologist. Married, two children.
