Rakhimova Bikhodzhal Fathitdinovna (born December 27, 1941 , Leninabad Oblast, Tajik SSR) is a Soviet and Tajik statesman, People's Deputy of the USSR . National Advisor to the UNIFEM Project “The Right to Land and the Economic Security of Rural Women” in Tajikistan. Since 1998, he has been chairman of the board of the public organization Chashmai Khaet (Spring of Life) in the Sughd Region.

Biography
A great influence on the formation of Rakhimova Bikhojal as individuals was exerted by: father Rakhimov Fatkhiddin, mother Rabiev Sharafniso, elder brother Rakhimov Tursunboy, a veteran of World War II, brother Rakhimov Sayfiddin and Boypocho Rakhimovich, her younger brother. Rakhimova also has two sisters, the eldest - Bikhosiyat Mamadzhanova, and the youngest - Aliya Rakhimova. Over the years, she has contributed to the implementation of UN Women projects on the economic security of rural women in Tajikistan, the protection of women's land rights and others. He has been married to his husband Negmatov Juraboy Tokhirovich since 1966. He has two daughters. The eldest is Malika and the youngest is Mawjud. In an interview with one of the national Tajik publications, Biojal Fatkhidinovna stated that her children and grandchildren were her inspiration.
By decree N UP-1981 of May 16, 1991, she was appointed Deputy Prime Minister of the USSR.
