Arce, Liber

Liber Walter Arce Risotto ( Spanish: Líber Walter Arce Risotto , 1940 - August 14, 1968 ) is a Uruguayan student , a member of the Union of Communist Youth , who was killed by a policeman during an "unauthorized event." After the fall of the dictatorial regime in the country, one of the streets of Montevideo was named after him.
