Biography

He graduated from the Faculty of Mechanics and Mathematics of Moscow State University [1] , the department of "Probability Theory and Mathematical Statistics" ( 1958 ), thesis on information theory [2] . Deputy Director of the Scientific and Research Center for Scientific Research. He has more than 80 scientific papers, including four books. A member of the Russian Association of Digital Libraries [3] , a member of the expert council " Runet Prize " [4] , the author of numerous reviews and annotations for IT-related publications, a regular active participant in various thematic exhibitions, conferences and seminars.
