Description

“A rectangular panel with a ratio of width to length 2: 3, consisting of two horizontal stripes: the upper blue color with a width of 2/3 of the width of the panel and the lower green color; in the center of the cloth there is a white hawk standing to the pole with eyes, a beak and legs of yellow color with spread wings. ”

Justification of Symbols

The flag, developed on the basis of the coat of arms , in the language of symbols and allegories reflects the historical, cultural and economic features of the area.

The district is located on the estates of Bashkirs of the Minsk clan . Their history goes back to ancient times. Shezhere (pedigree) and traditions of the Men’s clan Uradak-biya with a thousand (men) arrows who are chosen as patrimonial symbols are called their ancestor: bird - hawk, tamga - a pair of bird edges. Many archaeological sites and mounds related, according to scientific data, to the era of the early Middle Ages, to the Bronze Age are confirmed by oral traditions. Therefore, a flag of the Bashkir clan Ming is placed on the flag in deference to its history and to its ancestors.

A strong, upward-looking bird involves moving forward, achieving high results in socio-economic, cultural and spiritual development, and its silver color represents faith, purity, sincerity and nobility.

The blue color of the banner symbolizes the good thoughts of people of more than thirteen nationalities who live in friendship and harmony on Miyakinsky land.

The nature of the area is unusually beautiful. Forests are represented by oak-birch, birch-aspen and aspen and oak chippings and oak groves. Flowering glades between them resemble carpets of indescribable beauty. More than 19 rivers flow through the area. This is symbolized by the green bar at the bottom of the flag.
