Biography
Agnes Godard was born on May 28, 1951 in Den-sur-Oron; grew up in the province. She studied journalism, but left her for the movie. She graduated from the State Higher School of Cinematographic Research ( Fr. IDHEC , 1980 ).
She worked on television, and acted as an assistant to outstanding masters of camera art - Sasha Verni , Henri Alecan , Robi Muller , Denis Lenoir , Darius Honji in the films of Michelangelo Antonioni , Alain René , Joseph Losey , Wim Wenders , Peter Greenaway , Bertrand Thawern . Since 1988 he has been working in constant creative tandem with Claire Denis .
