“A rectangular azure (blue, blue) cloth with an aspect ratio of 2: 3, with a white stripe along the lower edge, which is 1/5 of the width of the cloth, bearing in the center the image of the central element of the coat of arms of the region: a white soaring falcon.” [one]

“A rectangular panel with a ratio of width to length 2: 3, consisting of two horizontal stripes: the upper blue color with a width of 4/5 of the width of the panel and the lower white color; in the center of the blue strip is a flying falcon in white. ” [2]

Justification of Symbols

The flag, developed on the basis of the coat of arms , in the language of symbols and allegories reflects the historical, cultural and economic features of the area.

The central figure of the flag is a silver flying falcon. The oldest and largest family of Aylin Bashkirs, who still live on the Mechetlin land, is called Koshso. "Koshso" in translation from the Bashkir language means "hunter with a bird." The main part of the population of the district is the descendants of this Bashkir clan, and the image of the falcon on the flag reflects the historical past of the district and respect for the memory of the ancestors. At the same time, the falcon is the heraldic symbol of courage, mind and beauty.

Legend has it: “Once upon a time, giants lived in these parts and called them Alpamysh. They walked leaps and bounds in the mountains and valleys, stepped over rivers, pulled out large trees with roots. One of these giants, walking along the banks of the Ay River, cleaned the boots from adhering dirt and formed three mountains in that place. " These mountains, like a necklace, cover the river. Perhaps that is why the people called these three mountains of Munchugi Muyns - a necklace. The white stripe on the flag symbolizes the Ay river.

The blue color ( azure ) of the panel symbolizes beauty, grandeur, fidelity, trust, impeccability, as well as development, movement forward and hope.

White color ( silver ) is a symbol of faith, sincerity and nobility.
