Flag of Kiginsky district

"A rectangular cloth of blue color with a ratio of width to length 2: 3, in the center of which an oak slightly shifted to the shaft with a yellow trunk and a white crown, and a yellow winged horse running underneath."

The flag, developed on the basis of the coat of arms , in the language of symbols and allegories, shows the elevation, nobility and spiritual wealth of the Kigintsy, the beauty of their native land.

The central figure of the flag is the winged horse Akbuzat , about which many beautiful legends are composed of the people - a symbol of the richness of the region with historical and cultural traditions. The golden (yellow) winged horse, ready to soar into the sky, symbolizes the dream of the inhabitants of the area about the prosperity of their native land.

A mighty oak tree with roots symbolizes strength, power, struggle and victory, the strength of the people living on this earth.

The lush silver (white) crown represents the beauty of the region and its richness in deciduous forest. In addition, the territory of the district is the northern and eastern borders of the range of European oak growth .

Features of the climate, cool and moderately humid, are transmitted through the blue color of the flag.

Gold is the heraldic symbol of generosity, dignity and wealth. Silver is a symbol of purity, innocence, peacefulness, openness, readiness for mutual cooperation.
