The composition of the flag, developed on the basis of the coat of arms of the municipal district of the Arkhangelsk district of the Republic of Bashkortostan, was based not only on the natural and geographical features of the region, but also on the beautiful legend that exists among the population, figuratively and eloquently linking modern life with a deep past, with the ancient history of the settlement of the region.

The legend says: “Kumyryk was the first to come to these lands from the banks of the Uyyl River. He had a son named Tabantai. Tabantay grew up, got married. He had nine sons, who later founded settlements along the banks of the Inzer River. The firstborn was called Abzgilda. He lived in his father's house and continued the work of his father. People respected him for justice and intelligence. The Abzgilds lived a long life, and when he died, he was buried with honors, and an oak was planted on his grave. ” This mighty oak still grows as a rare natural monument. The village where the Abzgilds lived was called Abzanovo .

The people in this region are strong, with a firm and decisive character. It is distinguished by hospitality and generosity of the soul. The flag allegorically depicts the contents of the legend. Its central figure is a mighty oak with strong roots. Nine acorns stand out in the lush greenery of the oak, symbolizing the nine sons of Tabintay, whose descendants, together with representatives of more than 14 nationalities, inhabit the territory of the modern Arkhangelsk region. At the same time, the oak is a symbol of strength, power, strength of the area. The gold of the oak and its acorns is a symbol of justice, mercy and humility, as well as wealth and independence.

The richness and beauty of nature are displayed in the form of a green strip, symbolizing abundance, fertility, joy, freedom, peace and peace.

Silver (white) color - means faith, purity of thoughts, sincerity, sincerity and nobility of the peoples living in the area.
