Her career began in 2002, when Momoko successfully auditioned for the Hello! Project Kids with Hello! Project Since then, she has been a member of three groups of Hello! Project Kids: ZYX , Berryz Kobo and Buono! . Since 2014, she is a member of the Country Girls group.

History
2002
In 2002, at the age of 10, Momoko Zugunaga took part in a large-scale audition for Hello! Project Kids , which collected 27,958 candidates. Momoko was among the 15 winners.
In the same year she played in the film “Koinu Dan no Monogatari”, which also involved many of the girls from Hello! Project Kids and Morning Musume .
2003
In the summer of 2003, from the participating girls Hello! Project Kids was formed the first group called ZYX ( Zix ). The kids included Erica Umeda , Saki Shimizu , Maimi Yajima , Momoko and Megumi Murakami , and the experienced Mari Yaguchi from Morning Musume became the leader. In the same year, the group released two singles: “Iku ZYX! FLY HIGH ”and“ Shiroi TOKYO ”.
2004
On January 14, 2004, a new Berryz Kobo band was announced, which included Momoko Zugunaga along with seven other Hello members ! Project Kids , and in early March their first single, "Anata Nashi de wa Ikite Yukenai" [1] , was released, and their first concert performance took place.
In the same year, Momoko was part of the official futsal team Hello! Project "Little Gatas", which consisted of members of the groups Berryz Kobo and ° C-ute .
2007
In 2007, Momoko Zugunaga, her bandmate Berryz Kobo, Miyabi Natsuyaki and Airi Suzuki from ° C-ute formed the new Buono! [2] [3] . The creation of the group was announced on July 21 [4] [5] . The band's first single was released on October 31.
2009
Released on September 9, 2009, Tsugunagi's second solo DVD hit the 20th spot on the Orikon weekly list [6] , which to this day is its best result.
2010
In 2010, Momoko was officially appointed Buono leader ! although she had already proclaimed herself a leader before.
2014
In 2014, Momoko became a member of the Country Girls group as a "gaming manager."
2017
In 2017, she announced that she was finally leaving the entertainment industry [7] . June 30, 2017 Momoko releases the latest photobook Tsugunaga Momoko Sotsugyou Album .
