Alexandr A. Andronov (born February 6, 1938 , Gorky ) - Russian physicist, doctor of physico-mathematical sciences , corresponding member of the Russian Academy of Sciences since May 30, 1997 , deputy director of the Institute for Physics and Mathematics of the Russian Academy of Sciences since 1993 . The son of Academician of the Academy of Sciences of the USSR A. A. Andronov .

1960 - graduated from the Gorky State University with a degree in Radio Physics .
1963 - 1977 - work in the NIRFI .
1977 - 1993 - work at the IAP RAS .
Since 1993 - work at the IPM RAS .
May 30, 1997 - election to the corresponding members of the Russian Academy of Sciences (Department of Physical Sciences, Section of General Physics and Astronomy).
Currently (end of 2009 ) - Chief Researcher in the Department of Superconductor Physics at the Institute of Physics of Microstructures of the Russian Academy of Sciences .
Scientific Activities
The scientific interests of A. A. Andronov lie in the field of radiophysics and solid-state physics .
He has written about 100 publications in journals , invented lasers and masers on hot holes.
