History
1999 - 2001 - Construction of its own data network. Obtaining licenses of the Ministry of Communications of the Russian Federation for the provision of local telephone services, telematic services and data transmission. Gars Telecom's business model is the provision of telecommunications services to premium class commercial tenants.
2002. Obtaining licenses of the Gosstroy of the Russian Federation for construction and the Ministry of Communications of the Russian Federation for channel rental. Formation of the core core of a company’s infrastructure with a control center at the Space Research Institute of the Russian Academy of Sciences ( IKI RAS )
2003 Status of the first Russian virtual mobile operator for the corporate segment ( MVNO , B2B MVNO ). [6]

2004 Integration of the Gars Telecom network into the international network of a partner company with points of presence in Central and Eastern Europe, Asia and Africa.
