Story
Homer hosts a carnival at home called Mardi Gras . At the very beginning, he explains to Bart that this is a family tradition that appeared two days before Bart's birth. Later it became known that to organize the carnival, Homer took a loan from the bank against the security of his house . Then the Simpsons understand that they can not repay the loan and their house is up for auction . At the auction, the house is bought by the Simpsons neighbor Ned Flanders in order to lease it to the previous owners. Ned is fixing everything in this house.
Homer one night calls Ned and asks to eliminate the gas leak in their house, which Ned refuses. Homer is angry at Flanders and calls the local television station asking him to make a story about Flanders as a bad landlord. After watching this story, Flanders gets angry and kicks the Simpsons out of the house.
Looking for new tenants, Flanders understands how much he loved and became attached to the Simpsons and asks them to return.
