Mac OS X License Agreement ( EULA ) states that it can only be installed on original Apple computers. Several other Mac clone producers are also known. So, in the United States , Psystar lost a lawsuit with Apple , and German company PearC believes that it legally installs Mac OS X, due to the peculiarities of European laws.
Bizon does not preinstall the operating system, thereby not violating EULA [4] . Thus, the responsibility for installing Mac OS X rests with the user, but the company warns about the possible legal consequences of such a step [5] . Mac OS X Snow Leopard [6] officially and freely sold installation disks can be used to install Mac OS X. Updating to the latest Mac OS X El Capitan takes place via the Internet, by free downloading the operating system in the Mac App Store [7] [8] .
A distinctive feature of all clone manufacturers is their low cost compared to similar Apple models, the difference is 2-3 times. The reason for the particularly high prices for Apple products in Russia - the market where Bizon Computers operates - is Apple's special pricing policy, which provides for higher prices in the EMEA region than in the US and Europe [9] .
