1904 World Weightlifting Championship - 5th World Championship, which was held April 18, 1904 in Vienna ( Austria-Hungary ) in the "Club of coachmen." The championship was attended by 13 athletes from 4 countries.
Athletes performed without weighing. The championship program included quadathlon (a jerk with the right and left hands, a press and a push with two hands), as well as a two-handed press of 100 kilograms (for the number of times), a right-hand jerk of 50 kilograms (for the number of times).
Austrian athlete Josef Steinbach became the world champion.
