Stuttgart

Born in West Germany in 1987. Parents are former Turkish citizens. He passed the Albach and Stuttgart Kickers schools, after which, in 1999, he was accepted to the Stuttgart school. In the 2005/2006 season he became a player in the second Stuttgart team, and for the next season - already the first. On August 20, 2006, in a match against Arminia , Tusky made his debut in the Bundesliga , replacing Jon-Dal Tomasson in the second half [3] . On August 26, Serdar first appeared at the base in a duel against the Dortmund Borussia [4] . In the same match, he scored his first goal for Stuttgart. In his debut season, Tusky became the champion of Germany .

September 19, 2007 in a match against the Scottish Rangers Serdar made his debut in the Champions League [5] .

Spartak Moscow

At the end of August 2013 he moved to the Moscow Spartak [6] . Spartak paid € 4 million for the transition of the player [7] . Serdar had an untreated injury, so he was not able to enter the field in 2013. On March 17, 2014, in his match against Anji , he made his debut for a new club. The debut was overshadowed by Serdar's resultant mistake [8] . In April, Turkish Fenerbahçe [9] and Besiktas [10] showed interest in him.

After the summer of 2014, the team was headed by Murat Yakin [11] , Tasky became her main defender. On November 2, in a match against the Krasnodar Kuban , Serdar scored his first goal for Spartak [12] . In the 2014/15 season, he played 22 matches in the championship.

Before the 2015/16 season, Spartak was headed by Dmitry Alenichev, who considered Tasky as the main central defender. Of the first 18 matches of the 2015/16 Russian Championship, Serdar played in 16 (he missed one match due to yellow cards). In most matches, Salvatore Bocchetti was a couple with Tasky in the center of defense. According to the conceded goals (23 in 18 matches) in the first part of the season, Spartak was only one goal better than Mordovia in last place (24).

In just three seasons, Tusky played 44 matches for Spartak (42 in the championship and 2 in the Russian Cup), in which he scored three goals. Tusky received 12 yellow cards (all in the championship), while he never went off the field.

In early 2016, the German Schalke 04 entered into negotiations with Spartak on the transfer of Tasky to the Pitmen camp [13] .

In the 2016/17 season, Tusky played 18 matches in the Russian Championship and helped the club become the country's champion.

June 30, 2018 left Spartak as a free agent [14] .

Rental to Bavaria

On February 1, 2016, Tusky transferred on loan until the end of the 2015/16 season to Munich Bavaria for 2.5 million euros. The option to buy out a football player at the end of the season is 10 million euros [15] . The Tusky transition is attributed to injuries of the main central Bayern defenders Jerome Boateng and Javi Martinez , as well as the fact that Tusky is not played in European competitions in the 2015/16 season. Tusky was not able to gain a foothold in the main team, so Bayern did not buy his contract. At the end of the lease, the footballer returned to Spartak’s location.

Istanbul Bashaksehir

On January 5, 2019, Istanbul Bashaksehir announced the signing of a contract for 1.5 years [16] . On June 20, 2019, Tasky's contract with the Turkish club was terminated [17] .

International Career

Tusky, as an ethnic Turk who was born and lived in Germany , had a choice which team he should play for. In 2006, Serdar chose Germany. February 6, 2006, he made his debut in the youth team of Germany in the match against Scotland (2-0) [18] .

On August 20, 2008, in a friendly match against Belgium, Tusky made his debut for the German national team [19] .

In 2010, Serdar as part of the national team won the bronze medals of the World Cup in South Africa . In the tournament, he played only two minutes in the end of the match for third place against the national team of Uruguay [20] .
