History
One of the strongest clubs in France . One of the French clubs that won European trophies. The current club was formed in 1931, becoming the continuation of the traditions of another basketball team, which was formed in 1908. Glorious times came to the club in the early 80s, when Po-Ortez won the 1984 Korac Cup , this was the first success of the team in its history. The team took the first national championship in 1986. The team was also a regular participant in the Euroleague until the end of the 2000s, the best achievement in this tournament is considered to be third place in 1987 , when the club stopped a step from the final.
