History
The first five years and industrialization
In 1929, the Stalmost plant was established on the basis of the bridge workshop of the Serp & Molot plant and the Mashiotrest workshops. He was allocated a territory on the eastern outskirts of Moscow , near the village of Karacharovo , near the territory of the Frezer plant.
Four wooden barracks were built on the waste ground of the Karacharov field, in which the workshops of the new enterprise were located. On 2.5 hectares of its territory, fenced by a temporary fence, there was, in addition to workshops, a couple of two-story houses. This was the period of the establishment of the plant, whose team from the very first days of its existence joined the Bolshba for the industrialization of the country, for the fulfillment of the ambitious plans of the first five-year plan . [one]
At the first stage, the main task of the plant was to help the national economy in industrialization . The main products then were a variety of metal structures . From the point of view of production and economic relations, the first industrial giants of the country were the consumers of the plant: Magnitogorsk Iron and Steel Works , Uralmash Plant , Kramatorsk Heavy Machine Building Plant , Chelyabinsk and Kharkov Tractor Plants, Solikamsk Chemical Plant, DniproHPP and others just started to be built. [2]
The second half of the 1930s was a new stage in the life of the young plant team. Since 1935, since the publication of the decree of the Central Committee of the CPSU (b) and the Council of People's Commissars "On the ten-year plan for the reconstruction of Moscow", the plant began to fulfill orders of the city. During this period and in the years of the next five-year plans, the plant produced escalators for the first three phases of the metro , participated in the manufacture of skeletons of Kremlev stars and their installation on the towers of the Kremlin , manufactured sluice gates, gates , lifts, grids, fixtures, various metal structures of hydraulic structures of the Moscow Canal and overlap Khimki river station . In addition, the plant manufactured the Belorussky Bridge over the Moscow River in the Filey district, the overlap of the “Mechanization” pavilion at the All-Union Agricultural Exhibition (now the “Mashinostroenie” pavilion at the All-Russia Exhibition Center ), the frame for the monumental sculpture by V.I. Mukhina “ Worker and Kolkhoz Woman ”, the overlap and the mechanization for the State Academic Maly Theater , and also participated in the assembly of the Crimean Bridge and in many other projects. In general, it can be said that the second stage in the history of the plant is characterized by the fact that the diversity and complexity of products increases, and the consumer is still only the state.
The years of the Great Patriotic War and the period of restoration
During the Great Patriotic War, the plant switched to meeting the needs of the front and defense of Moscow. “Everything for the front! Everything is for Victory! ” [1] - under this motto, armored platforms of armored trains were repaired in the workshops of the plant, mines for the legendary Katyushas , radar antennas, anti-tank obstacles (“ hedgehogs ”), etc. were manufactured. In the first months of the war, the plant was not He was evacuated to the rear and, after the defeat of the fascist troops near Moscow, immediately joined in the work of assisting the areas affected by the occupation of the German fascist troops in the work of restoring the objects of the national economy. During the war years, construction of the Moscow metro continued - metro-builders received structures with the Stalmost brand. In 1943, a large group of factory workers was honored with high government awards. [one]
After the war, the plant mastered the production of electric bridge cranes and other types of lifting and transport equipment. In the postwar years, the plant supplied products to many foreign countries: for the construction of the Bhilai Iron and Steel Works in India , Egypt , Bulgaria , Mongolia , Korea , Romania , Vietnam and China . [2]
The work of designers and technologists of the plant to improve bridge cranes ensured the launch of new designs already in 1955 , the fabrication of which was carried out using the most advanced technology, and by 1958 the plant’s staff brought their production to 600 per year. [one]
Re-specialization for the production of automatic lines
Since 1959, according to the decision of the Plenum of the Central Committee of the CPSU (June 1958 ), the plant re-specialized on the manufacture of a new type of product - special machines and automatic lines for the automotive industry , tractor and agricultural engineering . The plant receives a new name - the Moscow plant of aggregate machines and automatic lines “Stankoagregat”. Over the following years, the plant created a whole range of centerless internal grinding machines, manufactured hundreds of automatic lines. The geography of deliveries stretched from Ivano-Frankivsk to Yakutia , from Norilsk to Tashkent , deliveries were also conducted to Yugoslavia , Bulgaria and Japan .
Already during the VIII and IX five-year plans , a radical reconstruction of the plant is being carried out, new production buildings are being built, the equipment has been equipped with the latest technological progress, and well-equipped living rooms have been built. Over the years of reconstruction, a precision machine building with a total area of 122.3 thousand m², an automatic line shop with a total area of 9.1 thousand m², a mechanical repair shop, sewage treatment plants, a metal structures workshop, a building block of workshops, a technical school for 500 seats, dining for 500 people, club for 400 people, factory hotel for 950 people.
In the early 1970s, the country sharply increased the need for high-performance equipment for the automotive and automotive industries. In 1973, the plant was entrusted with the development of the production of new automatic lines. The following year, the country's enterprises received 56 aggregate machines and 11 automatic lines.
High-performance automatic lines and aggregate machines of the Stankoagregat plant were supplied to the Moscow Automobile Plant named after Likhachev , AZLK , Kama Automobile Plant , Gorky Automobile Plant , Yaroslavl Tractor Plant, Kursk Auto Parts Plant, Zaporozhye Automobile Plant , Compressor Plant, Vladimir Tractor Plant and Volgograd Motor Plant , Kharkiv Tractor Plant and Volga Motor Plant Plant , Car Plant , Vladimir Plant and Volgograd Motor Plant , Kharkov Tractor Plant and Volga Motor Plant Plant , Car Plant , Vladimir Plant and Volgograd Motor Plant , Kharkov Tractor Plant and Volga Motor Plant Plant , Car Plant Plant, Vladimir Plant Plant . [2]
By the beginning of the 1980s , “Stankoagregat” had already produced a wide range of products: automatic lines, modular machines, special machines, spindle boxes, electrical cabinets, welded structures for the machine-tool industry, consumer goods: furniture accessories, products from polymeric materials.
After the collapse of the USSR
In the early 1990s , like many Russian enterprises, the Stankoagregat plant was privatized. Open Joint Stock Company "Stankoagregat" was established in accordance with the Decree of the President of the Russian Federation dated July 1, 1992 No. 721.
OAO Stankoagregat takes an active part in solving the ecological and communal problems of the city of Moscow : for communal needs of the city, mechanized receiving bunkers with hammer crushers were manufactured by the plant to equip snow-alloy chambers. Automated systems for sorting and briquetting waste have been designed and manufactured. [2]
OJSC Stankoagregat participates in the international program for the disposal and destruction of chemical projectiles. For enterprises dealing with this problem, the following equipment was designed and manufactured: ammunition dismantling facilities, transport systems for automation of technological processes, equipped with manipulators, ventilation systems.
