Margelov, Vitaliy Vasilievich

Born December 1, 1941 in the city of Molotov , where the family was evacuated ^[1] . He graduated in 1958 with a gold medal Taganrog secondary school number 2 named. A. P. Chekhov ^{[1] [2]} .
