Ryutaro Nakahara ( Japanese: 中原 龍 太郎 Nakahara Ryu: taro: born October 1 , 1979 ), a Japanese musician and DJ most commonly known as Ryu ☆ . In 2000 , Ryu ☆ together with kors k won the Konami composers competition. According to the terms of the competition, the music of the winners was to get into the next version of the Beatmania IIDX game. Thanks to this, Ryu ☆ St Starmine ’song was featured on Beatmania IIDX 4th Style .
The return of Ryu ☆ as one of the Beatmania IIDX composers happened only to the ninth version of the game with his remix for DJ Taka 's song “Abys”. From this moment on, he becomes a full-time musician of Konami and signs a contract with the record label beatnation records .
