Bruce Branit ( born Bruce Branit ; born July 10, 1967 ) is an American filmmaker with extensive experience in computer graphics and creating visual effects. Four times nominated for an Emmy Award for Star Trek . Owns Branit VFX , based in Kansas City , which makes visual effects for television, films and commercials.

Childhood, Education
Born July 10, 1967 . He studied industrial design at the University of Kansas.
In 1995, he moved from Kansas City , Missouri to Los Angeles . Later in 2004 he returned to Kansas City.
Personal life
Branit lives with his wife and son near Kansas City.
Filmography
Branit is known for his work on the short film "405" (2000) [1] . A three-minute film featuring Jeremy Hunt shows the McDonnell Douglas DC-10 aircraft, which successfully made an emergency landing on the Los Angeles road.
In 2009, Branit released World Builder [2] , a touching short film showing the computer interface of the future for creating a holographic world for a woman lying in a coma. This video has won several awards at the KC Filmmakers Jubilee , Indianapol International Festival and Indy Shorts Fest .
