Swedish Chess Computer Association ( SSDF ) - The Swedish Chess Computer Association ( Swedish. Svenska schackdatorföreningen ) is an organization that tests computer software by playing chess programs against each other. Maintains its rating list .
The SSDF list is one of the few statistically significant measures of the chess power of programs, especially in comparison with tournaments, since it includes the results of thousands of games played on standard hardware with normal time control . The list not only reports the absolute score, but also the percentage of winnings and the number of recorded games. The SSDF rating is independent of all national or international rating systems, such as FIDE , so computer ratings can only be used for relative comparisons.
The current (as of March 2010) SSDF platform is based on the Intel Core 2 Quad 6600 + 2.4 GHz and 64-bit operating system .
In June 2006, the Rybka chess program appeared on the sheet, for the first time exceeding the mark of 2900 points.
On August 4, 2009, the Deep Rybka 3 x64 2GB Q6600 2.4 GHz program with an estimate of 3224 points was in 1st place in the SSDF rating list. In second place was the Naum 4 x64 2GB Q6600 2.4 GHz program with an estimate of 3134 points. On the 3rd place was Zappa Mexico II x64 2GB Q6600 2.4 GHz with an estimate of 3073 points [1] .
