History
The village of Novlyanskoye is located along the banks of the Ruza River and the Danilovka River. Until the middle of the XIX century, it was called "New." In the XVII century in the village was built a wooden church of St. Nicholas . As the church decayed, it was replaced twice with new wooden ones - in 1658 and in 1736 .
In 1903-1904, the construction of a brick three-altar church in the name of the Life-Giving Trinity with aisles in the name of St. Nicholas and St. Sergius of Radonezh began in Novlyanskoye. The construction was completed in 1907 . In 1909, the church was consecrated. [one]
The temple building was built in eclectic forms characteristic of the late 19th and early 20th centuries with pseudo-Russian style features. The temple is single-dome, four-pillar. The main volume of the church is cruciform in plan, above the middle cross rises a low, deaf four , on the roof of which was originally a decorative head . The hollows between the arms of the cross are built up with reduced volumes with cut corners. Inside the arches of the temple rest on four pillars. A small passage connects the temple with a bell tower , composed of three cubic tiers and blocked by a dome with a cupola . The decorative decoration of the building is designed in the Russian style, above the eaves of the quadrangle and the bell tower of the belt of decorative kokoshniks .
In the 1930s , the church was closed and badly damaged. The interior is not preserved. The temple building was used for various agricultural needs, in particular for the preparation of feed. In 1998, the Orthodox parish of the Trinity Church was registered in the village of Novlyanskoye. Currently, the restoration of the temple.
