Located 29 kilometers from the Moscow railway station , in close proximity to the border with the Kirov district of the Leningrad region , near the Petrozavodsk highway.
It has two side platforms that allow to take electric trains with a length of up to 12 cars. A number of electric trains do not have a stop at this stopping point, since it is used by a sufficiently small number of passengers. The stopping point is mainly used by the employees of the furniture factory located nearby. Ticket office is missing.

Title
Since its inception in 1911, the platform had the technical name of the 29th kilometer [1] . On October 28, 2015, the toponymic commission of St. Petersburg unanimously approved the full name - Ust-Tosno . It is associated with the village of Ust-Tosno, which was located near the platform, and with the mouth of the river Tosna [2] . On June 23, 2016, the name Ust-Tosnenskaya was assigned to [3] [4] .
