Khokhryaki

Khokhryaki is a village in the Zavyalovsky district of Udmurtia , the administrative center of the Khokhryakovskoe Municipality (rural settlement) . Located 10 km north-east of the center of Izhevsk , being in close proximity to the administrative border of the city.

With over 5 thousand people, Khokhryaks are the largest village in Udmurtia.

Content

History

According to the household inventory of 1890, the repair of Spassky in the Sarapulsky district of the Vyatka province contained only two yards, in which 12 people lived [2] .

In 1988, the Khokhryakovsky Village Soviet was formed with the Khokhryaki center [3] , which in 1994 was transformed into the Khokhryakovsky village administration, and in 2005 into the Khokhryakovskoe Municipal Formation (rural settlement) [4] .
