Biography
At the end of the 80s he was credited with the Zalgiris double, in 1989 he played 1 game for the USSR Football Federation Cup.
He spent the 1990 season as part of Sirietis from Klaipeda, scoring 1 goal in the Lithuanian championship [2] . In 1991, the team ceased to exist and Mika moved to another club from Klaipeda - “ Sirius ”.
From the first season he became the main player of the team, often scoring. In 1991, distinguished himself twice. In 1992, he helped the team take the “bronze” of the Lithuanian championship. The next two seasons, he continued to go out at the base of the club. In the 1992/93 season, the club reached the final of the country's cup , where it lost 0-1 to Zalgiris. He also began to be called up to the Lithuanian national team , with whom in 1992 he took the Baltic Cup .
Before the start of the 1994/95 season, he moved to the Inkaras-Grifas Kaunas. In the first season he became the champion of Lithuania, becoming one of the two players on the team (together with Kestutis Rudzionis), who spent all 22 championship games (scored one goal). In the same season he won the Lithuanian Cup (did not play in the finals) [3] .
In the 1995/96 season, he again became the champion of the country, having spent 26 games and scoring 1 goal. In the cup of the country, “Inkaras-Grifas” again played in the final, but lost 0: 2 to “Karede” [4] . The next season was less successful - the club took the “bronze” (Mika spent 23 games) and again could not take the Lithuanian Cup [5] .
In the 1997/98 season, he played for “Inkaras” only the 1st round (spent all 15 games), after which he moved to the Russian club “ Anji ”. In the new team from April to July he played one game in the First Division and 3 in the Cup of Russia .
Before the start of the 1998/99 season, he returned to Kaunas and continued to play for Inkaras. In the summer of 1999 he moved to the унаalgiris Kaunas, with which he took the league title the same year. The same success was repeated in the 2000 season.
In 2001, he played as part of the major league debut Šiauliai Sakalas, for which he played 15 games. At the end of the season he went to play in the Faroese club of the 2nd division B71 . At the end of the season, the club took 2nd place and reached the playoffs, where they lost to the Premier League club in 2 games.
In 2003 he returned to Lithuania, spent the season for the Rodovitas 1st League club from Klaipeda.
