Natalya Sergeevna Bondarchuk (born May 10, 1950 , Moscow , USSR ) is a Soviet and Russian film actress, film director, screenwriter. Honored Artist of the RSFSR ( 1977 ). Honored Artist of the Russian Federation ( 2009 ) [2] . Daughter of People's Artists of the USSR, director Sergei Bondarchuk and actress Inna Makarova .

Biography

Born May 10, 1950 in Moscow in the family of director Sergei Bondarchuk and actress Inna Makarova .

In 1971 she graduated from the acting department of the All-Union State Institute of Cinematography (workshop of Sergei Gerasimov and Tamara Makarova ), in 1975 - from the directing department of VGIK (with the same masters).

She made her film debut in 1970 in the film “ By the Lake ”, then starred in the films “ A Soldier Came from the Front ”, “ You and Me ”. The greatest success came to her after playing the role of Hari in Andrei Tarkovsky ’s film “ Solaris ”. As a director and screenwriter, she made her debut in 1975 with the novel “Unhappy Matryonka” in the anthology “ Poshekhonskaya Antiquity ”. Two films directed by N. Bondarchuk in the late 1980s according to their scripts - “ Bambi 's Childhood ” and “ Bambi 's Youth ” - became the most famous.

Organized her own children's theater "Bambi" . For 2014, there are three theater branches in Moscow, Aprelevka and Odintsovo . Aprelevka branch is managed by her husband Igor Dniester . The theater goes on tour in Russia and the neighboring countries.

Honored Artist of the RSFSR ( 1977 ).
