The Gorsky Rural District is an abolished administrative-territorial unit that existed on the territory of the Orekhovo-Zuevsky District of the Moscow Region in 1994-2006.

The Gorsky Village Council was formed in 1923 as part of the Kudykinsky volost of the Orekhovo-Zuevsky district of the Moscow province by separating s / s from the Kudykinsky.
In 1924-1925, the Gorsky s / s was abolished, and its territory was included in the Kudykinsky s / s, but already on November 4, 1925 it was re-formed [2] .
In 1926, Gorsky s / s included 1 settlement - the village of Gora [3] .
In 1929, the Gorsky Village Council became part of the Orekhovo-Zuevsky District of the Orekhovo-Zuevsky District of the Moscow Region. At the same time, Vysokovsky, Kudykinsky, Novsky and Salkovsky s / s were attached to it.
On June 14, 1954, Kabanovsky s / s was attached to the Gorsky s / s .
On August 20, 1960, the village of the 2nd branch of the Orekhovo-Zuevsky state farm was transferred from Gorsky s / s to Drovosetsky .
On February 1, 1963, the Orekhovo-Zuevsky district was abolished and the Gorsky s / s entered the Orekhovo-Zuevsky rural area . January 11, 1965 Gorsky s / s was returned to the restored Orekhovo-Zuevsky district.
February 3, 1994 Gorsky s / s was transformed into the Gorsky rural district .
On April 8, 2004, the Gorbachikhinsky rural district was attached to the Gorsky s / o.
On June 22, 2004, the village of Road Administration No. 754 [4] was transferred from Gorsky s / o to the city limits of Likino-Dulyovo .
During the municipal reform of 2004-2005, the Gorsky Rural District ceased to exist as a municipal unit. Moreover, all its settlements were transferred to the rural settlement of Gorskoye [5] .
On November 29, 2006, the Gorsky Rural District was excluded from the accounting data of the administrative-territorial and territorial units of the Moscow Region [6] .
