Biography
At 16, he entered the novitiate of the monastic order of the Augustinians. July 1, 1884, together with Leon Inchausti , was sent on a mission to Manila , Philippines , where he was ordained a priest in November 1884. For 14 years he served as rector . In 1912 he was transferred to Brazil . In 1925 he returned to Spain, where he served in various parishes in Andalusia .
The outbreak of the Civil War in Spain was found in the parish of Motril . July 25, 1936 was forcibly expelled from the monastery and shot on the street by the republican police along with other seven Motril martyrs.
Praise
On March 7, 1999, he was beheaded, along with other Motril martyrs, by Pope John Paul II .
